Jeffrey Parsons has a (long) background in both the military
and education, spending most of his adult life (at least, so far)
managing pieces of business for Outward Bound. Over the last decade,
he has increasingly applied that knowledge and expertise to the
realm of Organizational Development, particularly areas of leadership
effectiveness and team development.
Using an experiential methodology, particularly in the outdoors,
Jeff has helped companies develop teams and leaders. He has
worked all over the world with variety of organizations and networks
with select consulting groups (Brimstone Consulting Group) to create
an innovative and custom designed intervention.
